Our community has gorgeous trails that are perfect for individuals of all ages and activity levels. Here are a few of the best trails in Alpharetta to consider exploring.

Alpharetta Big Creek Greenway

 

If you are looking for an excellent trail for biking, walking, or running adventures, the Alpharetta Big Creek Greenway should be at the top of your list. This trail is 13.5 miles with numerous entry points and restrooms. It is an easy trail and is paved, making it perfect for family walks or beginning cyclists. The path is also 12 feet wide, making social distancing possible.

Webb Bridge Park

 

If you are searching for a secluded and private path, the path at Webb Bridge Park is ideal. This path features a 1.7-mile loop and crushed limestone, which is ideal for running or cycling. This path is shaded, which keeps you comfortable as you walk on those hot summer days. 

 

North Park Trail

 

The North Park trail is not as long as others in the area, but it is an excellent walking path. The North Park Trail is one mile long and it travels throughout the park. The trail is paved, making it great for all types of family activities from running, walking, cycling, and rollerblading. The park features both restrooms and a playground, making it the perfect location for an evening outdoors. 

 

Wills Park

 

If you want to follow a trail that allows you to see gorgeous plants and animals, the trail at Wills Park is one of the best. This 1.8-mile loop lets you travel around the park and explore the arboretum and experience the equestrian area as well. This is another paved trail and the path is 8 feet wide, making it much easier to pass one another and practice social distancing.

Around Town Short Loop (16-mile loop)

Crabapple Loop (6-mile loop)

East-West Ride (9 miles one way)

Windward Loop (12 miles)
